lyrics
All on my own
Riding eyes are tired
Just trying to get to my home
And crawl into my bed
I got my ears to the ground
My eyes are lookin’ wired
I’m trying to shut out the sound
And fall into my bed
Fall into my bed
Fall into my bed
I am always here
When you wanna go
Don’t hurt your pretty heart
And disguise your pretty soul
‘Cause I am only here
I’m cynical
I am paper thin
I go where you wanna go
I go where you wanna go
I go where you wanna go
I go where you wanna go
Well I’m holdin’ a phone
I’m tryin’ to call my baby who’s alone and at home
Just waitin’ for her man
Well I got nothin’ to show
I’m waiting for my friends to come and chill at the show
And fall in love again
Fall in love again
Fall in love again
I am always here
When you wanna go
Don’t hurt your pretty heart
And don't scar your pretty soul
‘Cause I am only
I’m cynical
I am paper thin
I go where you wanna go
I go where you wanna go
I go where you wanna go
I go where you wanna go
Because I’m feelin’ like a man
Feelin’ like a man
Feelin’ like a man
Feelin’ like a man
I am always here
When you wanna go
Don’t hurt your pretty heart
And don't scar your pretty soul
‘Cause I am only
I’m cynical
I am paper thin
I go where you wanna go
I go where you wanna go
I go where you wanna go
I go where you wanna go

I fell in love with every song Hannah B. (Luna Li) has made. There are some I hope she re-releases because the live versions have put so much more energy into the songs that they have become reimagined versions in such slight but mind bending new ways. I hope to hear “Nightmare Gone To Waste” re-released with the solo from the live show. That short video snip I saw in IG gave me life. I may have to plan a trip to Canada to catch a show because they look visually stunning. Dave Jones

A slow drip of Tropicália-infused psychedelia from New Orleans rock outfit Blue Basin: balmy one moment, aggressive the next. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 22, 2022
